Left column pushes everything to the right

I have two questions. First, how do I remove the Template:siteassistpro text from the webpage. Second, when viewing my page in dreamweaver the left column pushes everything to the right. It makes it impossible to edit content in this matter. The webpage looks fine when I upload it. I've attached a screenshot of the problem.

The text that indicates the template that is applied is just a DW identifier, it will not be present on the live page.

When it comes to the column pushing the content to the right this is because of the rendering engine that DW uses. If you use the live data view mode it will show it as it renders in the browser, or pretty close to it. This is not a feature that you can control from within DW.
