eCart error on DW CS6 boot

eCart error on DW CS6 boot

I started getting a bunch of extension related errors when launching DW CS6, like the following:

"Unable to find file WA_eCart_Floater.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."

This appeared once. There were other ones referencing ASP and other server models that kept reappearing, so much so that I had to remove all extensions, uninstall and reinstall DW. All but the first error message are now gone which shows up when I launch everytime.

How can I stop that from happening?

Best - Joe

go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.php

Didn't have to delete the cache file - the reset worked for me.

Thanks - Joe
