HTML Editor xml reqeust error: internal server error (500)

I recently moved a client's web site to a new host, and now she is unable to insert images using the HTML editor. FYI, it's a ColdFusion site that I'm not able to redo in PHP at this time because it's not in their budget.

xml reqeust error: internal server error (500)

the error is occurring in connector.cfm

I am not specifying a server path as I was not specifying a path on the last host that they were using.

I am attaching a screen print of the error.
