General help search problem

Whenever I search any WA help document, the following message is displayed:

"Error code: 2001 Message: AppID is not functioning properly. Please refer to the HelpUrl to get more information."

Happens in all browsers

Hey Dave,

We are disabling search in our in-product help for the time being, until we can get a better solution in place.

Thanks again for letting us know about the issue.
