Hello,

can you please help on how to add to my web mail form a option that when a customer hit send bottom they can get a copy of the form submitted.

Edit the Universal Email server behavior. Go to Window -> Server Behaviors, and double click the Universal Email server behavior.

for the CC option, click the lightning bolt icon, and select the email address form element.

double check in the spam folder, it may be that the message was trapped as spam.

if the email is going tp the main recipient, but not the cc recipient, there is something on the SMTP Server preventing the email from being delivered, you will need to check with the host to look into the smtp server error logs to determine why the email is not being relayed to the cc recipient.
