The Google Maps V3 API supports clustering, and I understand that Pro Maps built into Design Extender using the newer V3 API. However, there is no mention of clustering mentioned on your Feature List.

Are there any clustering features already in place, and if not - do you plan on adding them?

If the answer is NO to both of the above, is it something that can be customized (relatively easily) using your code, or would it just be easier to develop something from the Google API directly?

clustering is not a feature that is available in Pro Maps, nor is it a feature we have plans for adding.

it doesn't look like it would be too difficult to edit the Pro Maps script to include the clustering based on the example page here:
