Your transaction could not be completed

Syntax error on checkout. I have eCart 5.03. Here's the response I got. Don't know what the last words mean ??

Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry

Your transaction could not be completed.

it means there is invalid XML in the request, we will need to see the XML to troubleshoot.

add the full request and full response bindings to the page and try again.

on the failure page, view source to copy the request and response XML and past here.

I do have the full request, full response on the page (the failure page), and that's what I got on the browser.

Here's what I got when viewing the source:

most likely it's the BD tag in the items name being passed to paypal:

<Name>MESSIAH'S JUBILEE<br>DVD-1760</Name>

<Name>THE HEAVEN AND EARTH CONTINUUM<br>DVD-1761</Name>
