Is Security Assist compatible with DW6? Mine isn't working.

No, the stand alone version of security assist is not DW CS6 compatible, you will need to upgrade to Data Bride which includes Security Assist 2 and Data Assist 3 and is compatible with CS6, or continue using a previous version of Dreamweaver.
