the country lists for the checkout pages are populated by the ps4_countries table in the power store database.

remove any countries from that table that you dont want to be able to ship to.

I need help doing this, I am a designer and have never edited a database.

using PHPMyAdmin or another MySQL Gui Tool to access the database, you can select records to remove and delete them.
