IE displays the form differently than other browsers

Hi,

I built a form and it appears differently in Internet Explorer than with Chrome, Safari and FireFox. Can you please help? The url is buy-now.php . What can I do to address this problem.

Thanks
Bruce

when i view source of your page, there is code before the doc type tag:

<!-- Form File -->

<!doctype html>

this is causing IE to render the page using quirks mode.
