Not fully logged out
It seems I did everything correct, but when I logout from any protected page(s) Im still able to go back and access the protected areas of the site I just logged out from. How do I stop this from happening?

What Access rule are you using to protect the pages?
Can you send a copy of the logout page please (compress it to a zip archive to be able to attach the PHP page)?
OK here is the page that was created when using the wizard. The access rule I used to protect the pages is below
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("Logged in to access")){
WA_Auth_RestrictAccess("access_LogIn.php");
}
what version of security assist are you using?
It looks to me like you are using Security Assist 1. With Security Assist 1, we give you 2 extensions:
1) Security Assist
2) Cookies Toolkit.
you need to have cookies toolkit installed in order for the wizard to create the login page correctly. You login page is missing the Clear Session Value behavior, this happens if you run the Security Assist v1 wizard without installing Cookies Toolkit.
to fix the problem, install Cookies Toolkit, then on the Logout page add the Clear Session Value behavior. open the Server Behaviors panel, click the plus button and select WA Cookies -> Clear Session Value.
Set the trigger to before page load and select to clear all sessions.
I just updated dreamweaver to CS6 and it Cookies Toolkit does not want to install on CS6. What can I do to fix this if anything, just can not afford to buy anything else right now to upgrade?
Security Assist 1 and Cookies toolkit are not compatible with CS6, you will need to continue using the previous Dreamweaver version
