Menue Writer messed up the whole Site

My whole website is messed up. Just Image placeholders, and the menue bar disappeared.
Even the templates are messed up.
In the Live view nothing is displayed than the topbanner with a slideshow effect, and an error message.I guess because the menue bar supposed to be underneath the top banner. The Error Message is:

Please help. I have about 100 pages with 4 templates and invested a lot of time.
Yesterday I just worked on meta data and didn't touch Menu writer at all.
