PayPal Pro and Powerstore Sandbox

I can't get the Sandbox to work on my site, I have followed the instructions provided by Webassist but keep getting this message:

in the admin panel, enable debug mode, this will write the session contents to the failure page which will include the full response from the gateway and more details about why the transaction is failing.

so the error coming back from paypal is:

Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration



This means there is something with with your merchant account that is causing the failure. contact Paypal support to have them look into the merchant account configuration
