multiple issues at checkout with ECart
I am having several issues with the checkout system in ECart.
1. Users are being sent to the "checkout_failure" page, however the transaction is still being sent to and processed by Authorize.net. So when the user goes back to try and resubmit, they are actually entering a second order.
2. I also have transactions being processed, and not recorded to my database. (an earlier post suggested moving the "store in db" code on the page, I thought I did that, maybe I missed something.)
I have 1000 orders in the last 30 days, and expect that pace to double in the next 30... any help is greatly appreciated.
I have attached the confirm, checkout_success, and checkout_failure pages to help troubleshoot.
I am already a HUGE fan of ECart over go e commerce or other online shopping carts. If we can just get this fixed I would love to give a testimonial or example site to promote ECart and the Super Suite
