WA ECart Error Message

I am working on a website which does not contain an eCart but I keep getting this error message anytime I open a new page, or click on anything. I have not upgraded or changes anything.

I have attached a photo of the error.

This is driving me CRAZY!!! I will be forced to remove this product if I don't get it fixed soon.

Thanks for your help!

go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.php

Thanks

Hey Jason,

Thank you SOOOOOOOO much for responding so quickly. That fixed the issue, is there any reason why this happened? I don't know how to prevent it in the future.

Thanks,

Lily

Usually issues with floaters like that happen when you uninstall an extension that uses a floater like the ecart object. The extension manager is not able to remove active floaters from the workspace when the extensions is uninstalled, so the work around is to reset the work space layout.

Thanks Again

Jason,

That's good to know. I didn't do that but I now I am prepared if it happens again.

Thank you,

Lily
