Can't center a banner for some reason?

Can't center a banner for some reason?

I have an ad banner that I want to center in the bottom of my content window. For some reason it just will not center, I have never had this problem before so I feel I am missing something obvious.

Its the hosting banner at the bottom. I have that banner and submit form below it within its own div tag.

Add a new div around the image, set the width of the div to be the same as the image, and set the margin to 0 top and auto left:

<div style="margin: 0 auto; width:468px;"><img height="60" border="0" width="468" alt="Banner" src="http://banner.1and1.com/xml/banner?size=2%26%number=1"/></div>
