Server Side Validation stopped working altogether?

Hi,

We had a contact form on one of our websites that uses the server side validation to validate input on the form fields.

This has, for no apparent reason, stopped working and is constantly throwing validation errors on fields which contain valid data.

We've double checked everything, uninstall and reinstalled, but the form keeps producing the same error.

Here's the contact form:
contact-bookingsOLD.asp

...and this directs to the following confirmation page:
contact-bookings-thankyouOLD.asp

Hope someone can shed some light on this. Thank you.

I am not able to reproduce.

I tested the form at the address you provided and it submitted fine.

Did you access the temporary page I've put in place?
contact-bookingsOLD.asp

I'm still getting an error whereby the form isn't submitting despite all fields being completed with the correct information.

My client also has the same problem which indicates that it's nothing local.

Hmm, just checked the information that you'd sent and I've tried it again because I'd been entering a phoney date (in the past). Does the date validation automatically assume that the date should be today's date or beyond?

That's the only thing I can think of because it works when I use a current date.

Sorry about that!

Not automatically, no. you would need to set the minimum date setting to todays date for that happen.

Sometimes I just don't understand the Internet. Out of the blue, without editing anything, the form is working again.

To say I'm confused would be an understatement. Our client methodically checks their contact form on a regular basis, as did we once they informed us that it was no longer working, and there was definitely a problem.

Without doing anything, the form now works. Completely baffling!

Thanks for looking into that anyway Jason. Sorry to have troubled you.

Regards
