Images won't display / disappear

DAOS

Images won't display / disappear

I use the single image upload. Some images display, some show a broken link image. The same image will display fine in other galleries. Some images that were displaying fine suddenly stop displaying. What am I doing wrong?

I'm using the latest version of PowerGallery2.

This happens in pg and on the webpage and not necessarily the same on both...an example below:

celebrity.php

This usually happens as a result of file permissions issues.

to fix the problem, make sure that all files and folders under the /galleries folder are set to 755 permissions, you can do this in most FTP clients like filezilla by right clicking on the webassist folder in the file panel and selecting the Set File Permissions option, setting the 755 permission level then selecting the option to apply this to "Recurs into subdirectories" -> "Apply to all files and directories"

Also, edit the admin_gallery/common/properties.php file, change the following code:
$GLOBALS['permissions'] = array(
'dir' => 0777,
'file' => 0666
);

to:
$GLOBALS['permissions'] = array(
'dir' => 0755,
'file' => 0755
);

Same problem for me. I have some galleries created. The first 2 looks ok, but the next 2 does not.

All files and folders under the /galleries folder are set to 755 permissions.

the admin_gallery/common/properties.php file is changed to

$GLOBALS['permissions'] = array(
'dir' => 0755,
'file' => 0755
);

I'm attaching some screenshots to illustrate my problem:

Rune
