Tokens are not working

This matter has been mentioned a few times but non of the information is helping me.

In my email I have used token to View this email in Browser but when I click on it this is what I get 'http://www.*.com/Archive:*'

Forward to a friend ends up here 'http://www.realbrides.co.uk/brides_area/admin_pm/%3CFORWARD%3E'

Unsubscribe ends here 'http://www.*.com/Unsubscribe:*'

Am I missing a setting? I have tried as a logged in user as well as logged out for all options.

I am testing these as 'send a preview' and I am using one of the registered test users email.

Can this be the problem? Should I use the email on live mode to see if these are working.

I hope some one can show me the right direction, thanks

Aladdin

Yes, try the email in live ode to see if it is a problem with the preview email. If it is still a problem with the live emails, i will start an incident to look into the cause.

Hi Jason
Thanks for your reply.
I have tried the LIVE mode and unfortunately tokens are still not working. Here is what I get..

View this email in a browser - takes me to this address

users_login.php?accesscheck=%2Fbrides_area%2Farchive.php%3Fid%3DMTdAQF9QTV9TRVBfQEAyQEBfUE1fU0VQX0BALTE%3D

--------------------
Forward this email to a friend - I am not sure what this supposed to do, normally it should do this: the link for the NEWSLETTER as in 'View this email in a browser' is pasted within an email content and the user enters the email address of a friend and clicks on send button. But this is the link I get..

users_login.php?accesscheck=%2Fbrides_area%2Fforward.php%3Fid%3DMTdAQF9QTV9TRVBfQEAyQEBfUE1fU0VQX0BALTE%3D

--------------------
Unsubscribe - I know it is mentioned her several times that a user must be logged in to unsubscribe (which I also think as the others this is wrong) but I guess this is only correct link I get; after hitting the unsubscribe button I get this link to login.

users_login.php?accesscheck=%2Fbrides_area%2Funsubscribe.php%3Fid%3DMTdAQF9QTV9TRVBfQEAyQEBfUE1fU0VQX0BALTE%3D

I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks

Aladdin
