Can't Add ECart Object

Hi guys!

Looking for a little help. I used Ecart last week and it worked perfectly. I went to add an ecart object to a site this afternoon and no luck. The Add icon in the Ecart panel is greyed out. I have a php page with a properly configured site definition and database connection. I have tried it on multiple sites but still no luck. I am using dreamweaver cs6 with latest updates applied. Any ideas and help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Jeff

Interesting... I applied the 12.0.1 update but it still says 12.0 build 5842 which I believe is what it said before the update?

Jason,

Actually, it looks like the 12.0.1 is listed as 12.0 Build 5842 in the about panel. So I guess the update is all set but still no luck.

Thanks again for all your help.

Jason,

One other update... it works fine when Data Bridge and Design Extender are uninstalled. But the second I install one or the other, it stops working.

what version of eCart?

make sure to install eCart 5.0.6. also, make sure eCart is not the last extension installed, uninstall design Extender, then eCart, install eCart 5.0.6, then reinstall design extender.

Hi Jason,

I tried installing first and last. Funny thing is when I open Ecart the version says "undefined".
