Customising the email templates or creating my own

I was wondering whether there is a guide or if anyone could give me some tips on how to edit the email templates that are used with the form tools in Databridge? The ones included with Databridge include placeholder text, which files do I amend or how do I create my own email templates via the Databridge form tools wizard - I know how to do this just using the email tools, but I'm talking specifically when using Form Builder in Databridge here?
