Email Attachment Not Sending

I have a contact form that needs to be emailing the attachment to the end user. I have been able to upload the attachment to a directory on the server, but have not been able to get it to send with with the emailed form. I have been through the forum and have checked against several issues previously reported, however I'm clearly missing something. The hosting company said there is no restriction, so it's my code. Can you take a look at the files I've uploaded and let me know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Since you have used File Upload to save the file to the server, in the attachments section of universal email, you wont be able to use the Submited File option.

Instead, select the Enter value option for the attachment, and click the lightning bolt icon.

From the listing of data bindings, select the WA Uploaded File (your file field) binding group and select Server Directory binding, in the code window, select the server directory binding code, the select the server file name binding and click ok.

Now for the entered value, place your cursor before the Server File name binding code and past the server directory binding code in front of it.

Hi Jason, What is the procedure if I do NOT want the image to upload to the server, only get sent as an attachment? Is unchecking the upload to server box the way to stop uploads and send attachment only?
Thanks for you help.

Make sure to remove the upload file behavior, then in the Attachments section of UniversalEmail, Select the submitted file option and select your file field.
