Eway.com.au payment gateway - Required Assistance Please

Hello,

I've just gone through the setup wizard to use the Eway.com.au gateway. I've entered in my Eway ID and everything seems to be fine with the wizard. However when it comes to testing a transaction I just get a blank screen on Eway, no info, no errors nothing.

I have attached the confirm.php page for you so you may have a look and try and see what may be going wrong. I just can't see why its not working.

Thanks Greig,

I'll do that as well as I need to implement 3D secure and have no idea what is involved.

a blank page means that a php error is occurring but error reporting is turned off.

to turn error reporting on, add the following code at line 1:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

once we know what the error is, we will be able to troubleshoot the cause.

I'm not sure this will work as the blank page is on the eway.com.au web site. It's as if the confirm.php page is not sending the correct information and eway just sits there waiting for something.

Here is an example of what I mean. I have uploaded a test site for to you have a look at:

Hmm, not sure why the eway site would show a blank page, i think you'll need to start a trouble ticket with them to determine what is going wrong. If i had an error number, i could investigate, but since their site doesn't show anything, i don't have anything to troubleshoot.

OK I'll have a chat with them and see what they say. I wanted to make sure the code was correct first before contacting them.
