Preview interpereted as spam

When I try sending a preview of an email, it gets sent to my spam folder every time. It may be because the "From" and "To" fields are the same regardless of what I have in the "From Email" in the email draft.

Use the Send Spam report option to determine why the email is being treated as spam.

The spam report comes back with a score of 1.4 which is very low and should not be filtered out by spam filters.

When I test it by actually sending it I receive it (I have created a test audience of just me), it is only when I send it using the preview feature. The only thing I can see that is different when I use the preview feature is that PowerMessanger puts what ever email address you are sending the email to in the from section of the email as well.

$MailFrom        = "".(isset($_POST['fromName']) ? $_POST['fromName']  ." <" : "")  .$_POST['email']  .(isset($_POST['fromName'])? ">" : "" );

to:

php:
