Error in Like Link for Facebook

I have another website that I have used this code for and it worked which is greenerybydoctorplant.com in details.php however using it in the silkplantscanada.com site (facebook connection in headerlink works)

I get this error:Could not retrieve the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in. What am I missing Thank you

for href, you have:

href=http://www.facebook.com/pages/Silk-Plants-Canada/128840563927071/;width=250&......

but that should be:
href=http://www.facebook.com/pages/Silk-Plants-Canada/128840563927071/&width=250&......
