Can pro maps for Google work with Latitude & Longitude coordinates instead of an address?

Yes, where yo enter the address, change the Type from Address to Coordinates.

When entering the coordinates, use the decimal value, not the Degrees, Minutes, Seconds value.

If you only the Degrees, Minutes, Seconds value, there are many online converters such as:
DDDMMSS-decimal.html
