File Manager not displaying thumbnails

Hi I wonder if you can help. Image thumbnails aren't displaying in File Manager. I have all the image file names, and I can select an image an insert it into a page but I don't get a preview in the file manager. I can also upload an image but I still don't get a preview in File Manager. There is a preview once you've selected an image though. I had the whole PowerCMS running locally and the image previews were there but there not there on the web server. I've tried deleting the contents of the KFM tables, kfm_files, kfm_files_images and kfm_files_images_thumbs and launching the file manager but it doesn't populate the kfm_files_images_thumbs table.

Any help would be appreciated. It makes it dificult to browse images currently.

Thanks

Neil

Thumbnails not showing

I have the same problem with the thumbnails not showing. I've tried deleting the database tables and the thumbnail images directory and just about everything else I can think of.

If I examine it with Firebug and change the image path, I can get them to show, but with the get_thumb.php reference I'm having no luck.

I had this installed on a different server, which was Linux, and it was working perfectly. When I transferred it to a Windows server, the thumbnails do not show. Could it be a permissions problem? The images directory is set to 700, and cannot be changed.

Thanks.

Thumbnails not showing up

Hi hope you can help

Ray fixed this issue for me previously which is great. However I've done a new installation of PowerCMS builder on the same type of web server and have the same issue with thumbnails not showing up again.

I've copied across the files that Ray adjusted but it's still not working, could you tell me which files I need to update to get it to work. It was an issue with my web server not supporting get.php so Ray changed it to get_new.php and all the references to it but I'm not sure what they are. I've found index.php and initialise.php. I've also deleted the contents of kfm_files_images, kfm_files and kfm_files_images_thumbs and it still doesn't work.

Thanks for your help on this
Neil
