Confused over upgrade center and new packages

I checked my upgrade center today and saw PowerCMSBuilder, Site Import and Universal Email 4 listed for upgrade. Am I wrong in that these were already bundled with Design Extender or Databridge? Why would they be in my upgrade center if they are? Or do I need to upgrade again?

Design Extender includes all the functionality of CSS Menu Writer, CSS Sculptor, Framework Builder, PowerCMS Builder, Pro Maps for Google, Site Import, Site Sculptor and Social Media Toolkit

Am I misunderstanding?

The upgrade center lists all potential products you may want to upgrade to based on products in your order history.

your upgrade path includes either:
PowerCMSBuilder
Site Import
Universal Email 4

or you can opt for Design Extender and Data Bridge

The upgrade center is a listing of the options that are available. If you have purchased Design Extender or Data Bridge, you do not need to purchase the stand alone upgrades.

Then because I already own design extender and databridge, those three products shouldn't be listed because they are already in my product groups. That is what is confusing.

It's not they shouldn't be listed.

They are listed because they are possible upgrade paths to products you already own.

it may be that you have an older version of dreamweaver for working on older projects and in that version of dreamweaver you would like to upgrade to UE4.

There are possible scenarios where you as the customer may want to purchase the UE4 upgrade and the Data Bridge Upgrade. for the majority, that wont be the case, but it is up to you.
