Undefined offset

I have an installation that is getting these errors:

Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /home/contextintl/www/contextinternational.com/WA_eCart/Adv_CO_Scripts/AuthNet_PHP.php on line 82

Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /home/contextintl/www/contextinternational.com/WA_eCart/Adv_CO_Scripts/AuthNet_PHP.php on line 85

-- I noticed that someone else posted something similar, and was asked to provide the confirm page -- solved his own problem but did not provide the solution. My confirm page is attached. Thanks in advance.

That errors means the x_login and x_transaction key entered in the local checkout behavior are not being accepted by the Authorize.net server.

on the confirm page, open the server behaviors panel and double click the eCart Local Checkout server behavior, make sure you have the correct values entered for the x_login and x_tranasaction_key settings.

Following up on this again. The site owner didn't tell me that this still hasn't been working for months. Is there any other possible cause? I have verified that their authorize.net account is in good standing and their codes are accurate. The error references this code:

case "Response Reason Code":
$retVal = $valArray[2]; //THIS LINE
break;
case "Response Reason Text":
$retVal = $valArray[3]; // THIS LINE
break;

THANKS in advance!

I dont believe it is the server.

you should contact authorizze.net to determine why the credentials are not being accepted. All i can say is that Authorize.net is not accepting the credentials.

for info on why, you need to contact authorize.net.
