Using HTML Text with Security

I want to implement the HTML Text in data assist and use it with Security to I can make a CMS site...
I'm having some trouble with the various settings. If Jason could log on and spend 5 minutes with me I would get a grasp on this. He did an awesome job helping me with the Security Assist in the past.
