Shipping rule - need to set a minimum purchase price

My client has a default shipping rule through USPS. Client also offers UPS for those customers who do not want or can't use postal system. However, some items' price points are too low to justify UPS cost. Is there a way to write the rule so it can only be selected when an order total reaches a certain total?

The shipping is based on weight.

Power Store does not have a way to set a minimum price for the shipping.

This would require custom development to accomplish that is not supported through this forum

Thanks Jason. I dug into it deeper this morning with client and asked why she just didn't raise the rule baseline for UPS. She didn't realize she could, so it is solved. Thanks.
