HTML Editor and bulleted lists?

HTML Editor and bulleted lists?

I have added an HTML Edit field to my form. The code is shown below:

// The initial value to be displayed in the editor.
$CKEditor_initialValue = "";
$CKEditor = new CKEditor();
$CKEditor->basePath = "../webassist/ckeditor/";
$CKEditor_config = array();
$CKEditor_config["wa_preset_name"] = "Normal";
$CKEditor_config["wa_preset_file"] = "Normal.xml";
$CKEditor_config["width"] = "420px";
$CKEditor_config["height"] = "300px";
$CKEditor_config["skin"] = "kama";
$CKEditor_config["dialog_startupFocusTab"] = false;
$CKEditor_config["fullPage"] = false;
$CKEditor_config["tabSpaces"] = 4;
$CKEditor_config["toolbar"] = array(
array( 'Bold','Italic','Underline'),
array( 'JustifyLeft','JustifyCenter','JustifyRight','JustifyBlock'),
array( 'OrderedList','UnorderedList','-','Outdent','Indent'),
array( 'FontName','FontSize'),
array( 'TextColor'));
$CKEditor_config["contentsLangDirection"] = "ltr";
$CKEditor_config["entities"] = true;
$CKEditor_config["pasteFromWordRemoveFontStyles"] = false;
$CKEditor_config["pasteFromWordRemoveStyles"] = false;
$CKEditor->editor("jobDescription", $CKEditor_initialValue, $CKEditor_config);

Note that I am calling for the various bulleted/numbered list options in the editor, and the code being inserted is calling those "OrderedList" and "UnorderedList". This is using the NORMAL editor preset. See the attached image - the list options do not appear!

I have another such HTML Editor instance on the same page, using NO editor preset. It displays the list options correctly, and the code is using "NumberedList" and "BulletedList" in the parameter definitions.

I believe that this is a bug. Please check it.
