Hello I just recently bought contact form solution pack. After seeing what it really was I felt that the video was a little missleading. And I was wondering what the return policy was on this item. Im very sorry but I was under the impression that this program was going to be a dreamweaver extention not just a bunch of sample files.

Solution packs are sold with no return policy.

This is stated on the contact form solution pack product page:

"Please Note: *All WebAssist Solution Packs are non-refundable."


In the Solutions menu, there is a description of what a solution pack is:
"A Solution Pack is a page or set of pages that adds rich, prebuilt functionality to your site "out of the box""

I'm with you Jason .... it's not what I expected either. I mucked around for ages trying to get it to work but gave up in the end and purchased software from another company to do the job.

So, the end result is that I've paid for software from WA that's unusable, software from another company which was just ok, and I'll be purchasing the new "CSS Form Builder" from WebAssist, as it looks like what we really needed all along.

just courious what other software did you purchase for your contact package, competition is always good to see what others are giving, thx
