Verify by an means eMail address

I need a way to verify that the person completing the form is using a valid eMail address. I can use a requirement to use a pin or email response, any way to make sure we are not receiving gibberish with a fake eMail. Captcha is not doing it. Apparently some one is maliciously filling in the form and sending with an intentionally bad eMail. I built the form with CSS form builder.

a request form

Watching the video. Doesn't appear CSS form builder has all the features necessary. People are abusing the form by putting a a fake eMail. This form is not for a registration of any kind, do not have a database. Besides I do not have Data Bridge. The upgrade is a bit steep when I have most of the smaller parts. This is a donated project.

Form Builder can only verify that the email address entered conforms to the email address format:
name@domain.com

It is not possible to verify that the email address is valid without sending some sort of email to them and getting a response back.

OK, I understand this.

This would be good but am I understanding this can only be done with data bridge?

yes, you would need data bridge in order to create a double opt in system to verify the email addresses.
