Specific thread fixes

I do appreciate WA's effort to open private tickets, log into sites, make changes etc. However, it would go a long way for when private ticket is undertaken, that WA posts back to the public thread what the solution was. While I understand each situation is unique, by posting back to the public thread, there are clues and possible solutions that others can use to try to fix on their own.

For myself, when I have posted a public question, yet the answer is done in a private ticket, I try to post the solution.

I know it is an extra step for WA to post and WA is pretty busy. But if it can't be built in, then I encourage all posters to include the WA solution if WA is limited on time.

So, first option: WA posts to that thread on the solution.
Second option: Poster posts to the thread to the solution.

I think this might take a while to get developed. I think this would be a useful feature tho in the long run.

I'd like to restate this. I can find an issue to learn from but much too often the answer is in a PM to the poster. If WA could change it so, while protecting the private PM links, can also present the solution, it would be much more valuable given that new system has too much in PM.

Just my 2 cents.

Can WA readdress this please?
And if WA has too much on hands to do, another plea to users to post what they learned for the rest of us. I truly try to follow this myself. It only takes a few seconds to revisit and post.

Thanks for listening.

I try to add solutions when I can, and feel that the solution will benefit others. Many times the solution is user / use case specific.

If you run into a thread where you are having the same problem, let me know and i will try to let you know what the solution was.
