wa_randompassword.php not being copied

I've created a form with an activation code. The code is being generated by the random password behavior. I linked the random password to the corresponding insert form field. The link to the wa_randompassword.php page is generated but not the php page itself.

I had to create a blank page and generate the random password again to have DW generate the wa_randompassword.php file. At least it worked like this...
