CSS Form Builder. Need a database?

I have a simple contact form on the following page: customers.php

All we want is it to send the email. I don't need to record the persons name and email address.

3 questions:
1. Do I need to have a database for it? I just want it to send a basic "Contact Us" form through email.
2. I've put in my smtp information, and when it is submitted, it goes to a blank page.
3. Where do I put the landing page it goes to after the submit button is pushed?

1) No, you don't need a data base to send the email.

2) a blank page means that a php error is occurring but error reporting is turned off.

to turn error reporting on, add the following code at line 1:

once we know what the error is, we will be able to troubleshoot the cause.

3) to add a redirect, edit the Universal Email server behavior (go to Window -> Server Behaviors, double click the Universal Email server behavior) and set a go to page.

I think error reporting is disabled here. Can you confirm this purgero?
