Disable delete button for parent records in use

I want to add a bit of simple functionality to my recordset list, which involves checking if each row is used in a relational table, and if it is then the delete button should be disabled.

Adding the recordset code to the while loop is easy as is checking max rows > 0, however how do I disable the fancy new delete buttons? :)

Fugered out:

<?php echo ($totalRows_chkBrandUsed>0)?"disabled style='background-color:#666666; cursor:default;'":"";?>

Nice, glad to hear you figured it out.

you could also use the same strategy around the onClick method of the delete buttons so that there would not be an onclick defined.
