Worldpay payment response and ssl

Currently applying for an ssl certificate for the clients site which has just gone live but not yet accepting orders. The site uses worldpay and when an order is placed successfully a payment response is sent from worldpay to the site. The response url in the worldpay control panel is set as paymentresponse.php

Once the ssl certificate is applied to the site, does the url of the payment response page in worldpay need changing to paymentresponse.php

The ssl certificate has now been applied but when viewing the site as https there are some elements of the existing pages that are not serving fully as https. A message is displayed when using IE9 "Only secure content is displayed"

1. What could be causing this message and how can it be fixed?
2. Is it possible to serve all the site pages as https, if so, how is this best achieved?

These two problems have now been solved.

1. Caused by non secure external links and once these were resolved the messages disappeared.

2. All the site pages are served as https using .htaccess
