Horizontal Lines

When I insert horizontal lines in the Long Description field in Powerstore, I find that they don't always display. What should be a few minutes to update, turns out to be about 10 - 15 minutes of trial and error to get right. Can you advise on a good technique when using horizontal lines? I was also thinking of inserting a picture of a horizontal line instead to try and resolve the issue.

Use the Horizontal Line toolbar button. See the attached screen shoot.

That's how I have been inserting the lines. They just don't always display in "View in Store" , or sometimes I see two instead of one. I am going to try a picture of a line instead and hopefully it will eliminate the problem.

I am not able to reproduce the problem you are describing.

If you continue to have a problem using images, we will have to look into this with you in a private support incident.
