How Do You Upload to Remote Server When Power CMS is installed?

How Do You Upload to Remote Server When Power CMS is installed?

I have installed Design Extender and PowerCMS and everything seems to be working correctly so far. When I click to upload my site to the remote server, it shows the normal upload message, but when I go to the site on the internet, nothing has changed. Is there a step I'm missing here - how do you upload to the remote server when PowerCMS is installed?

The Power CMS Content is stored in the Power CMS Database, you need to use PHPMyAdmin or another GUI Utility to Access the local Database and Export it, then Import it to the remote database.

Can you provide step by step documentation on how to do this? I am not familiar with how to do this.

we do not have documentation for exporting and importing using PHPMyAdmin, but there are many videos on the subject through google.
