Error When Making Changes to Form Builder

Having an issue with form builder creating another form on top of previous form when editing the form. Anyone having the same issue. Appreciate your help on this.

When editing form builder, instead of making the changes form builder creates another form on top of the form that I am making changes to. Any ideas why this is happening. Appreciate your help.

How are starting the edit? after creating the form using the form builder wizard, to edit it, select the form tag in the tag selector, then click the edit form button in the Property inspector.

NOTE: Form builder can only edit forms created by form builder.

Actually editing the form using the form builder wizard. when i finish the edit, instead of applying the edits, it automatically creates another form. Could this be because I have the form inside a spry tabs panel. Any ideas would be appreciated. I am attaching one of the pages with a form under the inquire section of the tabs panel.
