The shipping prices are missing in the cart and checkout pages but it REALLY needs to be there

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I have just set up a completely new store on my localhost, and have set up several shipping rules, but nothing is displaying. I am trying to use custom shippers as I don't have USPS or fedex accounts, I have set up weights, I have even tried to create a dummy UPS account, but nothing is working to display the price of shipping, or more importantly, include it in the price I should be charging the customer!

What's going wrong? as this is now happening on two stores, Is this something that I am doing?

Please provide more details.

How have you set up the shipping rules? I will need details on how the shipping rules are configured and a link where i can see the live site to begin troubleshotting in order to get a guess of What's going wrong.

Yep... that one again!

Screen shots attached showing how I've set up the shipping rules. I have created two only so far... one for USA and one for UK, and even though I am testing a delivery to the UK, I am not getting a price for it appear.

For it to be wrong in two places, one being a completely virgin install of PS4.5, I assume it is something I am doing wrong, but I can't see what.

Well, blow me... I can see it in Firefox and Chrome, but not in Safari! I see you are looking at it in Safari, so I can't figure why my Safari won't display it.

In fact, I have looked at it on my desktop and now just for the first time on my laptop in Safari, and neither are displaying the shipping cost. The desktop is running Snow Leopard with Safari 5.1.7, and the laptop is running Lion with Safari 5.1.7!!

Is there any way of my broadband service provider causing this issue for me? I am seeing this happen a lot over the last few days. Is there some setting that my broadband service provider might have that I can clear... some sort of cache?

What's going on with my life? Why is life conspiring against me to make things really hard. I think I need to take a year off!

Sorry, but shipping has now disappeared from both Firefox and Chrome! In the process of disappearing, it also removes the charge that should be applied for shipping thus undercharging the customer.

Also, in the process of making payment to Sagepay, the site actually visits sagepay's server where I have to re-input my card details. I thought that PowerStore did away with the need to visit the payment gateway payment pages!

I also meant to ask, is the base rate where the shipping is calculated from? When I removed the weight price, shipping didn't calculate, but when I made the base rate 0 and added a weight price, shipping calculation worked. However, as it stands, it's not working anyway even with a value for both.

I've tried this on other computers and sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. I need some help with this as my client is all over me like a rash now! He's getting grief from his bosses and I am getting it amplified!

If you're going to set up a ticket for this, you've contacted me before via skype as matthew_stuart if you want to expedite the process.

Thanks.
