Error

I am having another shipping error after moving from FedEx to USPS. I have a base rate of $5.00. However, it gives me the below error whether I enter a per item rate or not. Not sure what is up.

I got a username from USPS and entered it.

I also entered the testing servers USPS provided me (along with the default one already in there) ShippingAPITest.dll and ShippingAPITest.dll

Now, I'm getting this error:

the USPS Testing server does not support the V4 API, you need to use the production server address.

I know, the production server was like this before and it didn't work either. So, USPS told me to use their testing server.
