in the CSS, there should be a style for the serverInvalidState class.

if you need specifics on where to find this, send a link where i can see your page.

The css code is:

form.SwissWebFactory_Baumann span.serverInvalidState {
color:#453200;
font-size:12px;
font-family:Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;
white-space:nowrap;
border-style:none;
}

So, font color should not be red and there should be no border at all.

But the generated code looks different: mybaumann/

(just click on "login" to see the validation stuff)

Also, where in the preset manager can I change this? If I'm gonna change anything else in there, all my manual done CSS-changes will be overwritten (at least when auto-updating the CSS-File is finally working on the mac - see corresponding support ticket)

the password spry error is being contolled by the following css in the webassist/forms/fd_swisswebfactory_baumann.css file:

/* Password */

form.SwissWebFactory_Baumann .passwordRequiredState .passwordRequiredMsg,
form.SwissWebFactory_Baumann .passwordMinCharsState .passwordMinCharsMsg,
form.SwissWebFactory_Baumann .passwordMaxCharsState .passwordMaxCharsMsg,
form.SwissWebFactory_Baumann .passwordInvalidStrengthState .passwordInvalidStrengthMsg,
form.SwissWebFactory_Baumann .passwordCustomState .passwordCustomMsg
{
display: inline;
color: #CC3333;
border: 1px solid #CC3333;
}

to ensure that manual changes are not over written, you can create a new css file, and define the changes in the new css file, just make sure that the new css file is attached after the webassist/forms/fd_swisswebfactory_baumann.css one so that your custom changes over ride the styles in the webassist/forms/fd_swisswebfactory_baumann.css file.

to change the validation error styles, edit the design of the form, from the initial select list, select Validations.
