data assist with form

I have been getting so much spam that I decided to use recapture in a javascript form.

The form is posting to thankyou.php so that recapture works. Universal email is working as I have it on the thankyou.php

Dataassist is on the form page and I have the method for dataassist as:
if (($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST"))

But that's not working..should it be SUBMIT?

I always get this confused. :(

All form processing must occur on the foms action page.

if the form is posting to the thank you page, the data assist insert record behaiovr needs to be on the thanyou page as well.
