File manipulation

My clients need to upload files to the server during the application process. I would like the option of having the file upload process to be able to create new folder (directories) based on the user session id.

Here is an unsuccessful attempt.
../BU/vTskb28R01a/
First valid code:

// WA_UploadResult2_1 Start
$WA_UploadResult2_Params["WA_UploadResult2_1"] = array(
'UploadFolder' => "existing folder/",
'FileName' => "[FileName]",

Second invalid code:

// WA_UploadResult1_1 Start
$WA_UploadResult1_Params["WA_UploadResult1_1"] = array(
'UploadFolder' => "../existing folder/".$_SESSION['id_usr'] ."",

Any help would be appreciated

Nick

To be able to accomplish this, the existing folder needs to have 777 permissions level in order to create the new folder.

the code for the second attempt looks correct, but i suspect the existing folder does not have the proper permissions to allow a new older to be created.

GREAT! I understand that have folds set to 777 is risky, what should I do to protect the rest of the site from possible infection.

Thanks

The pages that upload files to the server should be protected using security assist.

and the other folders in your site should use more restrictive permissions levels to prevent files from being created in other areas of the site.
