ckEditor error in CMS

I have Design Extender V1.08 and using the "Paste from Word" button in my CMS I get the following error: "It was not possible to clean up the pasted data due to an internal error" Have you any idea what might be causing this?

What are you trying to past from word.

I believe I remember seeing something similar to this in the past that was caused by using a bulleted list, there is a bug in CKEditor when pasting bulleted lists from word.

Hi Jason,
No bullets. When I add the words "Sample text" I get the error. I click ok and the text has been pasted but the source shows this:
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt">
<span lang="EN-CA"><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">Sample text</font></span></p>

Hi Jason,
I just noticed the following error on the contents_update page when I click the "Edit" link : Message: 'cssmw' is undefined
Line: 108
Char: 68
Code: 0
URI: contents_update.php?ContentID=33

It looks like version 3.5.2 of the ckEditor was included in Design Extender v1.0.8 which I bought June 13th. The ckEditor website shows current version as 3.6.3

When try the ckEditor demo site, demo, paste from word works.

Any thoughts?

Try updating the HTML Files to the latest version, the install instructions:
Installation

include an upgrade procedure that you can follow to upgrade the HTML Editor file in the webassist/ckeditor folder.

Any chance that the updated version of CKEditor will be included in coming dot releases of Design Extender and Data Bridge so we don't have to manually update it each time?

Hi Jason,
Phew, I updated ckEditor and that seems to have fixed the pasting from Word.

But... I still see an error on every page:

I am having the same issue (prompted error). Is the fix to do the following??

1. Replace entire contents of the "webassist > ckeditor" folder with the content in the download located here: download

If so, is there a way to replace the files in the installed extension so this is handled when applying the extension next time?

Thanks
Daniel
