Form Examples do not work...conditional

Hi:

I really love the product and have other extensions from you guys but this one really needs some better examples. It would be AWESOME if instead of having one example were you try to show everything you have specific examples that show just one thing because when you try to go through 30 behaviors to see what each one does it get difficult.

I am trying to get the conditional example to work and I am finding myself deleting a lot of behaviors in an attempt to narrow down exactly what I need.

Also...the "WAVT_Client_Sample.xxx" examples do not seem to be working, luckily I had an old copy.

I am including a zip file that contains the conditional validation example from the documentation only.

There is validation applied to the on blur events of the check box and the tell a friend text box, and validation attached to the onsubmit event of the form.

That was a lot easier to follow, my form now works perfectly.

It would be great if you guys could come up with some additional specific examples.
