Customize Datassist Forms on Admin Pages

Using SuperSuite - DataBridge I've created admin pages. Can I update form design beyond the preset dataassist styles using DataBridge's form tools?

For example, DataAssist admin pages stack all of the fields, 1 per row from top to bottom. I would like to include multiple fields per row. The form maker will allow me to do this, but I can't figure out how to apply layout changes to dataassit pages. When I try it completely deletes the DA generated form.

If the form tools won't work, is there another way to manage layout of fields in DA generated forms?

Thanks

The only way to accomplish this would be to manually edit the form element placement and css after the pages have been created.

You can design a form with all the elements that you will be using and have them looking just right using the form builder.

When you have created a form design and put it to a HTML page, you can then save the css that's used and put that to a form.css file in your css folder.

Linking to that form.css from your main template, you can then create forms in DataAssist without any styling applied and then apply the template and the forms will take the style created from the form.css.

If you don't see the styling then look at the form input types and make sure they mach the input type in the css. will be something like

input[type='text'] {}

Hope this helps.
